I really need some feedback?

Recently I have been diagnosed with “migraine with aura”
I have all the symptoms (nausea, dizziness, seeing stars) and usually don’t develop a headache.

However,

Some background, I have had headaches or migraines since I was a kid (I’m 32 now) over time they started getting worse in intensety and more frequent. I have had several MRI’s but they come back fine. I have tried about 20 different preventative meds. I am on Topamax and Depakote daily right now. For pain I take toradol shots for the less severe and for the more severe headaches I take Fioricet w/ codeine. I don’t take the pain medication to much during the week because I don’t want to get rebound headaches or have my body get used to the medication. I have tried the headache diets, got extra sleep, less sleep, excercised more, then less, lost weight, had blood work done. I am making sure to give everything a chance to work but they don’t. Please anyone out there help me with any ideas you may have!!!!!

migraine symptoms getting worse! need help!?

hello, my name is shelby and i’m almost 16 yrs old. I am a sufferer of migraines but recently, they have been getting worse. here’s the background story, back in July, i was at my church youth group and we were playing rugby. i’m a small 5’2″ girl and i was playing with a bunch of guys. i got tackled pretty hard and i have severe pain in my head for the net few days without going to a hospital. well, my mom got some sense and took me to a doctor. i had tests run and there was no sign of a concussion but the doctors said that theyre might have been one but since we waited a while to see a doctor, it went away.

ever since then, ive had small headaches here and there but they werent bad and went away with advil. but since about a month ago, ive developed severe migraines and almost went to the emergency room one night. they let up a little for about 2 weeks but ever since yesterday, theyve gotten worse.

headache need to no please?

ive this really bad headache the pass two day. yesterday it was on and off but today its all day.. the flu was in my house with my child and partner but the weather is real heavy heat.. im just wonder is it one of those or could it be a migraine never suffered them in my life..

I am 24 years old. I have been experiencing headaches since the 7th grade. My headaches usually involve migraine pain in the right back side of my head, facial pain, jaw pain, and neck pain. I have been on more medications than I can even remember for prevention and treatment of the headaches. I have sen all sorts of doctors, a physical therapist, pain specialist, orthopedist, neurologist, and probably more. I am at my witts end! I just had sinus surgery 2 weeks ago in hopes it would help, I don’t think it has. There has to be someone out there who has a similar problem that could possibly help?? Thank you everyone!

Migraine help, urgent and need help?

As of right now my migraine has been going on for 72 hours, Imitrex does but a small dent in it, makes it a bit more tolerable but how do I have this go away, any advise. Just ran out of imitrex too cause they only give you 9 tablets in a case, can’t refill till monday. Today even opiate medication does not get rid of it, over the last 9 hours Ive taken 50mg oxycodone and it makes it so I feel better but I feel it in the background still.

ive always had bad headaches, haven’t had a migraine now for several months, I am about to goto sleep and would like any advise how I should start my day off if I still have this headache, does diet, exerise help. Today I did exercise pretty heavy, steam room and not sure if this made it worse and also I didn’t eat all day till just recent because of the nausea I get from it. my eyes are very sensitive to light, ears to sound.
