how can I cure sunday headache?

I have this headache every Sunday for no reason. I don’t drink or smoke. I don’t party Saturdays. It just automatically comes when I wake up. I’m not sure if it’s migraine since it comes only Sundays. It’s like some biological clock ticking, reminding the body to give me a headache every Sunday. IF there is anyone out there that has the same problem and have a solution, please help me out. Thank you so much.

I suffer from migraine headaches, what bothers me is, they come once in a while say in a year and I will get them twice every day , sometimes I get them in sleep in the middle of the night and a battle with throbbing pain for hours untill I again fall asleep. Now this happens for 6 to 10weeks.

These attacks happen on one side of the head, the left side and the pain is extended to the left side of my face, eye, nose, cheek, mouth, backneck, shoulder.

Ladies Everywhere have been searching for a Menstural Migraine Treatment. Of the many symptoms that are sometimes associated with menopause, migraines might be the hardest to understand. For women interested by good nutrition and overall good health that also suffer with migraines, finding the best diet during menopause might be particularly troublesome.

Millions of girls suffer with migraine headaches, and therefore have been on the lookout for a proven menstural migraine treatment that doesn’t involve stacks of medicines. The Menopause can be good news for some and unpleasant news for others. It would appear that changing hormonal levels trigger migraine attacks in those that are susceptible. Girls suffering from monthly or menstrual migraines find that they have fewer headaches during menopause and post-menopause as hormone levels become lower, but more stable. On the other hand, women who only had migraines during puberty, when hormonal levels were changing seriously, sometimes see them return during menopause and the years leading in to menopause, because, once more, hormone levels are changing.
