guess your doctor was WRONG!
They act like they can’t be, so we accept everything they say as gospel. Just do whatever you think, your doctor isn’t God.
They make an educated guess, at best, at what is wrong with us. Migrane is one of the most difficult things to diagnose, so he jumped the gun, big time, telling you: this is the reason.
Maybe the contraceptive was the trigger but since you have it, it will never be cured. Once you had it, its there. Better avoid chocolates, caffeine, colas to lessen it’s attacks. It is also triggered by stress, tension, lack of sleep, tight underwear’s like the bra. Sometimes, it comes with premenstrual period or menopausal stage.
As you have found out, there are many different causes for migraine type headaches, from medicines to hormone. But the most common cause in my clinic is tension, whether from poor posture or from stress. There is a special group of chiropractors that treat headaches along with other complaints. I would discuss your problems with one of these doctors. Go to http://www.sorsi.com to find a doctor in you area. If you are in Minnesota near the Twin Cities or if you have any other questions, email me.
