i`ve had one ever since i woke up. i took medicine and tried to sleep it off but i still felt the same. any suggestions?

I’m doing a diagnosis presentation on migraine headaches and some websites say that migraine headaches are generally not life-threatening, and some are saying they are, but either is explaining why. Can anyone explain to me which is true and WHY if they are life-threatening [or can be if ...etc]

What causes a migraine headache? I always thought it was caused by stress…and find it pretty hard to believe kids under 9 have stress in their lives UNLESS they are abused, or live in an abusive home (i.e., seeing someone else abused).

If you’ve ever had a migraine headache like those that I suffer from occationally than you’ll understand why I call them “Migraine Hangovers”. What I can’t figure out is why after two days the intense pain reappears when I cough or sneeze?
