The best people to ask this question is your pharmacist.
The pharmacist can advise you on what drugs can be taken or not.
Also if these migraines are new to you ———– Call your doctor.

For OTC meds, your options are somewhat limited. (Most things are safe for breastfeeding; it’s pregnancy that limits you.)
Ibuprofen is considered safe during the first two trimesters, and IME, it works better than tylenol on migraines. (Though it still doesn’t do much for a really bad one.)
Exedrine migraine contains asprin, which isn’t generally recommended during pregnancy, but seems to be acceptable for short term use before the third trimester.
For non-pharmatheutic remedies — chasing either tyelonol or advil with a strong cup of coffee (or other caffeine) may help a bit. Ice or heat on your head (whichever feels better), get hubby to rub your neck, take a nap …
Beyond that … call your doctor and see if she can prescribe something. There are quite a few prescription options available.
When I was pregnant I was prescribed Tylenol with codeine and now that I am breastfeeding my dr. has prescribed me Imitrex. I never got a migraine after the first trimester of pregnancy so I never had to take it. My dr. said the Tylenol with codeine would take the edge off so that I could function. I haven’t taken the Imitrex yet so I don’t know if it works, but you cannot breastfeed for 12 hours after taking it.
But you cannot take Imitrex while pregnant. So tell your dr. about your migraines and hopefully he can prescribe something for you so this doesn’t happen again.
