Have you been poisoned by Aspartame?

I used to drink diet soda all the time and when I switched to a Great Value Lemonade I started having the weirdest symptoms, I had dizziness, tinnitus, panic attacks, not being able to concentrate, forgetting daily tasks such as did I remember to put conditioner on in the shower, I didn’t feel right and I found out that the cause of this was Aspartame poisoning/toxicity.

Please don’t do the same as me and eliminate it from your diet, it’s not worth it; as soon as I quit it I was getting weird feelings of electricity going through my head, my head would jerk while I was trying to fall asleep, my fingers were numb and I felt horrible, it has badd withdrawl symptoms.

Aspartame is, by far, the most dangerous substance on the market that is added to foods. Aspartame accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.

According to researchers and physicians studying the adverse effects of aspartame, the following chronic illnesses can be triggered or worsened by ingesting of aspartame:(2)

Here’s the story:

On Halloween night I took my kids out and while we were walking I sat down on the curb and got incredibly nauseated and dizzy and a stabbing pain on the right side of my head behind my eye. It was bad enough that I could not get up. They had to call the ambulance to come get me. At this time I was bleeding heavily (period). At the hospital, They diagnosed it a cluster headache and gave me Demerol and oxygen therapy. It got better. I since have not had such an attack but I have had headaches. I went online and researched CH and I don’t match most of the symptoms. It was more like a migraine but my doctor said I don’t get them. I think it had something to do with my heavy period. What are your thought on this? Just wondering if anyone had something simalar?

Ongoing headache issue :(?

Hey,
I am 14 and for seven years i have been suffereing from extremely sever headaches every single day, form the minute i wake up to the moment i go to sleep. It started with a migraine i had when i was 7, and that seems to have set them all off.
They are really bad, i used to go through a packet of painkillers every 2-3 days, even they did not work, i ahve become so immune to every drug i know of, except for my prescribed ones, which even now are beginning to wear off.
I have seen soooooo many doctors, I have lost count, and they dont know what is wrong. Ive had a CT scan, MRI scan, and numerous blood tests, but still nothing, and i have tried home remedies but still they dont work.
This all started when i was 7, so if anybody knows someone or has somehting similar to this, PLEASE let me know what it is and a cure!!!!!
Thank you :)

FAST Headache relief!?

The first track practice of the season is in half an hour and i don’t want to miss it. But this morning at about 8:15 my vision was blurry and I couldn’t focus my eyes. expecting it to be a migraine I went to the nurse and she made me drink an entire gatorade. After about an hour my head started to hurt in the front aroung my forehead and it hurt severly until my dad brought me some tylenol. it still hurt for the rest of the school day but not very bad. now it only hurts when i run or jump and it hurts in the back. I’m not sure if this part is apart of my migrane or a sinus headache as it has been much much warmer than usual today and I have seasonal allergies. I took another dose of tylenol, how else can I relieve it fast!?

How to Migraine Relief Home Remedy

It’s a recognized fact that ladies experience or are likely to experience headaches than men do. Science believes that ladies could have more agonizing headaches than men, too. Naturally, there are a number of factors that come into action when thinking about a person’s possibilities of developing headaches, and the frequency of such issues.

Age, genetics, and family history may all play a part, except for girls, there are some other parts to think about. Hormone levels and contraception tablets which fiddle with current levels or introduce man-made hormones to the body are both potential factors in the headache equation.

headache (help pain level 10 or over)?

I’ve had a constant headache for 18 days. 3 times its gone up to this level of pain. I’m in a dark room trying to sleep it off. I’m taking pain kilers and such but it hurts so bad. when I stand up or change possition to fast it get worse. I’m on anti migraine anti seizure drugs. I’m 16 years old so I can’t take some of the drugs I just don’t know what to do. any ideas advice. I’m going on 18 hours a level 10 pain and I have a high pain tolerance.

I’m a naturally tense person and I also suffer from migraines. For the past few months, neck pain has also worked its way in with and in between the migraines. I’ve been to a general practitioner and a neurologist and all they could give me was some muscle relaxers that don’t really do anything (we’ve already ruled out their being regular tension headaches). I’m scheduled for a CT scan next month, but in the meantime is there any sort of routine/technique that can subside the pain (besides Vikadin and Vikaprofin) before we can get a more accurate diagnosis?

There are different types of migraines that one may experience and there are also different approaches that one might take for migraine headache relief. The best option for you is to go to a doctor to get a migraine headache cure for your headache. This is because you will need to diagnose the type of migraine headache you are experiencing. Self diagnosing is not an option neither is self medicating without a doctors advice. This is because you can not afford the consequences if things go wrong.

There are many that think that they can get any kind of migraine headache relief for any headache by themselves. This is not true in all cases. There is a certain way that migraines are treated and diagnosed. This should be done by a general practitioner in order for you to get the correct cure for your symptoms. If you go to a doctor you may also learn what the triggers could be and you will be able to avoid them. This can be more useful that taking any pain killer since prevention is better than cure.
