Everyday between 3:30-4pm and onward… I get these awful headaches that have all the symptoms of migraines. Is it common for migraines to reoccur at same times of teh day?

ok i am at school and i got a headache and its making my seeing blurry
right after school i have to go to work so no time for a nap
i took some ibuprofen but that stuff never works because i am immune to it because i have been getting migraines since i was five years old. any ways i need to try and get rid of this headache before work any quick ideas? its not good to have a headache at my work i gotta cook clean answer phones etc.

I’ve been getting bad headaches every week or 2 weeks where along with the headache I get a fever, nausea (usually vomit a few times) and light is painful. Putting ice on my forehead makes it feel worse, putting heat on it makes it feel better. If I take any pain medication I throw it up unless I take it at the very beginning when the headache pain is just minor. Excedrin helps the most and regular advil or tylenol won’t help at all. Does this sound like a migraine? What causes them ? Thank you in advance.

i had the headache last night with a fever, i took exedrin again and even though i threw it up, some must have gotten in my because it got better. then around 2am it felt a like a bit of throbbing then this morning i had it again and took exedrin right away. I still got weird body chills though and no appetite at all
